Clear. Concise. Consistent. When it comes to UX writing and content design, these are the key principles I follow to build user-friendly experiences.
In January 2025, I received professional certification in content design from the UX Design Institute, an intensive 10-week course.
Below is my final project: I applied foundational content design principles and wrote every word in a Figma prototype. The assignment was to build a complete, cohesive content experience for someone on a fictional ticketing app. The user would be setting up their “yoga for beginners” event, and needed every aspect of their event-creation process to be framed with clear, friendly copy—every form, tab, description, CTA, and selection field.

At New Relic, I partnered with UX writers and product managers on this user onboarding flow. The ask was to craft a consistent copy experience—from the initial touch on the homepage, through the pricing page, to the plan selection and trial start. All while explaining some dense and technical concepts in a friendly, inviting way. I wrote clear, concise wording and an inviting tone across several pages and engagement points in order to ensure a frictionless journey for users at this crucial point of starting their first product trial.
